What types of machines do you work on?
I focus on solid-state and early DMD-era pinball machines.
Do you offer a playfield swap service?
Yes. Playfield swaps are one of my favorite parts of the work, and I offer them as a standalone option.
How much input do I have during the restoration?
As much or as little as you’d like. I’m happy to talk through options as the work progresses or handle the details and share everything once it’s complete.
How long does the restoration process take?
Timelines vary depending on the condition of the machine and the scope of the work. Each project is done carefully and built around my schedule, so I’ll always be upfront about timing and keep you updated along the way.
What's the best way to get started?
Contact me with your game's general condition, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. Photos of the machine are always helpful and give me a better sense of what’s there before we talk through next steps and how the project might come together.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes. Restoration projects are scheduled based on availability and scope. Because each project requires a significant time commitment, there may be a wait before work begins. I’ll be upfront about timing once we’ve talked through the details of your game.
Do I need to be local?
I’m based in Michigan, but you don’t need to be local. Games can be delivered or shipped from out of state.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. I can arrange pickup and delivery for an additional fee based on distance and time.
Do you offer a warranty?
I stand behind the work I do. Each machine is thoroughly gone through and tested before it leaves, and if something related to the restoration isn’t right, I’ll take care of it.
Is my game insured while in your care?
Yes. Your game is covered while it's in my care.
